Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Provider

These Terms govern the AI-powered telephone horoscope service provided by ARTRIX OÜ, an Estonian private limited company.

Registry code: 17494992
VAT number: EE102981360
Registered address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Ahtri tn 12, 15551, Estonia
Support: support.artrix.ee

2. Service

The service provides an automatically generated, personalised horoscope through a telephone conversation. You may be asked for information such as your birth date, birth time and birth place. The service is intended solely for entertainment.

The service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions solely on the basis of the horoscope.

3. Eligibility and conclusion of the contract

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. The contract is concluded when, after receiving the free tariff announcement and service information, you choose to continue to the paid service. By continuing, you request immediate performance of the service.

4. Price and billing

Service charge: €1.20 per minute, including VAT, plus your usual call charges.

The tariff announcement before the paid service is free. The service charge starts only after that announcement and your decision to continue, and ends when the call is disconnected. The telecommunications operator bills the charge based on the recorded call duration. The applicable rate must also be shown clearly wherever the service is advertised.

5. Availability and fair use

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, security, capacity limits or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may end calls involving abuse, unlawful use, threats to systems or attempts to interfere with the service.

6. Consumer withdrawal

For a distance service contract, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. Because this telephone service begins immediately at your express request, you must pay for the part supplied before any valid withdrawal. Once the service has been fully performed, the withdrawal right may cease where you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that consequence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Complaints and refunds

Submit complaints through support.artrix.ee and include the call date, approximate time, calling number and a description of the issue. We normally respond within 15 days.

If a verified technical failure prevented delivery of the paid service or caused an incorrect charge, we will provide an appropriate remedy or refund. Personal dissatisfaction with an entertainment horoscope alone does not establish a defect. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights concerning non-conforming services or incorrect charges.

8. Liability

We are responsible where required by mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of entertainment content, indirect loss not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded, or failures caused by telecommunications networks or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The service, software, design and generated presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the result for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or access the service unlawfully.

10. Personal data

Personal data are processed as described in our Privacy Statement.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. This choice does not deprive consumers in the Netherlands of mandatory protections available under Dutch or European Union law. Consumers may bring disputes before courts competent under applicable consumer law and may contact the competent Dutch or Estonian consumer-dispute authority after first contacting us.

12. Changes and general provisions

The version available when a call is made applies to that call. Material changes do not apply retroactively. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Both language versions are intended to have the same meaning; ambiguities will be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer law.
