This statement applies to our AI-powered telephone horoscope service, related landing pages and customer-support services offered to users in the Netherlands.

We do not use support details or conversation transcripts for direct marketing without separate consent.

5. AI processing

Audio is processed in real time to understand your speech and generate a spoken response. ARTRIX does not retain the audio recording. Text transcripts are temporarily stored for service delivery, quality control, troubleshooting and complaint handling. The horoscope is generated automatically for entertainment; we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We disclose data only where necessary to telecommunications operators, hosting and infrastructure providers, AI and speech-processing providers acting as processors, email providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required.

Some processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where no adequacy decision applies, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate supplementary measures. You may contact us for more information about relevant safeguards and recipients.

Data may be retained longer where necessary for an unresolved complaint, legal claim, fraud investigation or binding legal obligation. When no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may contact us at support@artrix.ee.

You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

9. Required information

Call and billing data are necessary to provide and charge for the service. Name and a valid email address are necessary for us to respond through the support form. You are not required to provide optional information.

10. Security, children and changes

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect data. The service is for users aged 18 or older. We may update this statement when our processing or legal obligations change; the current version and update date will remain available on this page.
